PATLive pricing, quoted from PATLive's own page
PATLive publishes a pay-as-you-go tier alongside its bundled plans, and the pay-as-you-go tier includes no minutes at all. For a business taking a small number of calls that is usually the cheapest real offer available, because nothing is spent on a bundle that goes unused.

PATLive cover, evidenced
PATLive publishes its own pages for 2 of the industries this record tracks. Each link below is that live page, which is the evidence this site counts as cover. A claim to answer for any business is not evidence and is not counted here.

What a plan with no inclusion is for
PATLive's page prices the tier as pay as you go with no included minutes at forty nine dollars a month, with additional minutes published at two dollars ninety nine. The monthly figure buys a staffed line rather than any quantity of answering.
For twenty calls at three minutes, that is sixty minutes of usage on top of the plan, which lands the total near two hundred and thirty dollars with nothing wasted. The same volume against a bundled plan would either overshoot the inclusion or leave most of it unused.
The rate is high per minute compared with providers selling larger bundles, and deliberately so: it is the price of not committing. Once volume rises past an hour or so a month, a bundled plan from the same provider or another becomes the cheaper shape.
